Grupo Minkowski was created from the friendship of four musicians during their musical studies in the conservatory. Since then, the group has followed its musical development which has culminated in its first opus “Le Mystère de la Masse”.
The group is characterized by the geographic diversity of its members -- group leader Olivier Jambois (France) developed his own sound through various personal projects, he won several national awards and played in prestigious jazz festivals (Jazz à Vienne, Nancy Jazz Pulsation, D’Jazz à Nevers) : Albert Comaleras (Girona) has a long resumé of performances and recordings : Alexandre Molas has developed his playing in the Barcelona area, and Joao Vieira arrived from Portugal several years ago to develop his strong musical personality.
